How can I overcome shyness that prevents me from making phone calls?
I ruin my life time and again because I am too shy to make various phone calls. A guy I had a big crush on called but I was too shy to return his call (I’m also too shy to answer and let it go to voicemail all the time). I can give tons of examples, what are some tips to get the courage to dial someone??

I have the same problem, you have to do the opposite action, it is the only way to get past it, meaning if you are to scared to make the call do it anyway, the more you do it the more you will realize that nothing bad will happen, and if you start feeling really nervous motivate yourself by thinking of why you want to get past it, or you can try distracting yourself or giving yourself a reward after doing it.
