Exercise helps.
Because when I don’t exercise I sleep almost in the morning and wake up 5pm.
Then When I exercise After I’m able to sleep 12 pm and wake up 8 am.
But I only work out 2 days a week so it doesn’t happen all the time.
I’m increasing my vertical leap.
I’m doing squats 100 pounds times 25 reps times 5 sets.
That’s the only equipment I have and got not gym at house!!!!!!
Look how high I jump.
I had/have social anxiety and i switched to a private school, it was really good for me, generally the environments more comfortable and accessible. I would also talk to a counsellor or therapist even though it can be really expensive it definately helps, and read books and educate yourself on it. hypnotherapy can also be helpful.
and when you’re in an anxious situation, dont resist or fight the fear, just slow down and allow it to be there. ask yourself “what is going to happen” usually it’ll be ‘people will laugh at me think i’m stupid etc.” just keep asking yourself ‘and then what will happen” and you’ll eventually find the feeling is based on nothing at all. if someone thinks you’re stupid so what? what happens? nothing happens. the negative beliefs are generally based on no logic at all.
i don’t know if this will work for me because i push myself through these kinds of interactions every day and it never gets easier. i just feel exhausted by it.
I’d prefer not to take drugs. It’s just that I’ve been trying to overcome my introversion and shyness for many years with little to no improvement. I’ve tried alot of therapy, but I keep giving it my all.
I’ve only heard of Prozac being prescribed for depression. Paxil is the drug that is used for anxiety/shyness and depression both. But I, like you, don’t want to take drugs, because they have nasty side-effects and once off the drug the anxiety and problems simply return.
I agree with what you said. I rushed into a school/ career situation to try to face my anxiety, and it made it much worse. So I decided to isolate myself and contemplate…and I’ve been doing so for 2 years, and now I can’t venture out into any career. Contemplating isn’t a complete curse, but I can’t say it’s a complete solution. I thought it was, but…I’m still not where I want to be and time is passing.
Does anyone elas think that the clouds in the video make them feel anxious? They certainly do with me. They jitter and jump as they move which makes me feel nervous. Dont look at them!!
Yeah, I’m on Prozac right now , it’s basic use is for depression but it helps with anxiety too, makes your happier and more relaxed in social encounters.
I like the sound of this. Very much about accepting your emotions and being able to tolerate emotions like fear and anxiousness. They come but they won’t hurt us.
Very melodic measured commentator.
Don’t mess with any SSRI’s ! Prozac, paxil, zoloft, aropax, and many others are extrememly dangerous drugs. The only relevant use for these drugs are certain diorders such as OCD.
The mind is a shapable entity and with intention and perserverance it can be remolded to a heathier shape.

Try some over the counter meds like HTP-5, or Inositol. Read up on them on the web. They both increase serotonin production and will relax you.
Lol.
Never leave the house!
I only mean the ones in the video Mr Turtle, not the real ones in the sky. athough …..

Hi, Just curious how you got Prozac? Did you get it from a Doctor or a Psychiatrist?
How can you get it for a cheaper price?
Thanks.
Psychiatrist, I get my prozac for free, but i don’t think you can get it cheaper , maybe if you set up a payment scheme with your pharmacist
I see. The psychiatrist gets you it for free. But I would guess the psychiatrist is expensive, right?
Thanks for answering.
