How can I learn to read body language?

I would like to learn to read body language. What is the best way a book,dvd,(Program like kevin hogan's)? Any free info on how to learn? Can the courses at college help?
Any opinion and help will be appreciated.

    PPS. I'm sure I've seen a book or two on body languages. Free info is available on the web, but you might come across not useful ones (like the one above) easily. The other thing is interact with people and learn the body language through observation and experience.
