It’s a hatchling not an adult! Its probably just settling in.
he never said it was 2 days old..
I got my beardie when he was 2 1/2 years old.
lol yeah I agree. He’s a little off on a few things, but these are pretty much the only videos on BDs that don’t get me really angry when I watch them. haha
yeah hey in the futer im goign to be getting a beardie and in a month im getting a leo check out my video with my tips and hints on leo and beardie care tell me what you think thanx
when he rubs the cage what does he want.
also you probably shouldn’t be feeding him mealworms that young. The shell is hard for them to digest at that age. Stick to very small crickets and veggies, you can even try baby food veggies if you can’t get him to eat normal ones, just make sure to check the ingredients before you buy the baby food.
make vid. im geting 2 dragons will a 10 gal tank be good
my lizard was puffing out its beard and opening its mouth kinda fast at the same time what is it doing? it looked to me like it was trying to puke
freshly molted mealworms are the best thing for babies
mate u better get a 20 or 30 or just lett them outa the tank some time else its good
Really? I didn’t know that. So far, I’ve only heard that mealworms are bad for babies. Didn’t know about the molted part. Thanks.
you know you can get little lizard collars and leashes and walk them around and stuff, right? lol, that’s awesome.
i have a collar i use for my beardie and he quite enjoys the freedom on the balcony wen i hes collared up on a leesh
thats cute
yeah but they are hard to find
No, you need a wide, 40 to 50 gallon tank at least for a single dragon. a 10 gallon is fine when they’re babies but they grow anywhere from a foot to two feet long. Dragons are complicated to take care of properly. If they don’t get anywhere near their full size, you failed at caring for them
i have a small baby dragon similar size to the one in the video, he licks everything rocks, bark and the glass. does this mean hes lacking something in his diet?
also im having trouble getting him to eat salads he only eats the things that move and these are the meal worms and crickets. how do i get him to eat salad? will he eat it when he gets bigger?
my baby beardy did the same thing, i found out that he had been spooked by something and was trying to scare it off, he was also swishing himself about
do you or anyone els know of any books that i should pick up and read to help me on info befor i get one?
put mealworms in the salad so it makes the salad move and the dragon will eat the moving salad
MOVING SALAD!
thanks. when i read your message i was like ‘dur why didn’t i think of that’ lol. do you have any suggestions of what salad i could feed him, some one told me i could feed him mince is that ok?
im not sure but you can feed it romaine lettuce and never feed it iceberg lettuce because it doesnt have any nutrients
i get spring green mix and dust it with calcium for my dragon.
